Abstract
Socorristas en Red (feminists who abort) is a network of around fifty feminist organizations that attend abortions with medication in Argentina. Carrying out a risky political action within the struggles for the legalization, decriminalization, and legitimation of abortion, the network is configured as a feminist collective strategy supported by a series of political agreements where care assumes a prominent place. Based on the analysis of interviews and observations, this investigation delves into the notions of women's health care developed by the socorristas in two Patagonian provinces, Río Negro and Neuquén. We propose to analyze the network of collective practices that put into action a definition that stresses and challenges traditional notions of care.
