Abstract

The present reflection paper is the result of an investigation that was done to obtain a master’s degree in education. The general objective of the study was the analysis of a professor’s speech in the evaluation process, and its relation with the fomentation of learning for first semester law students. However, in this opportunity it will focus on an analysis of the theories of learning according to authors such as Vigotsky, Ausubel and Giordan, and based on these theoretical references will be described how higher levels of learning are evidenced by first semester law students. For this end, it has been used the learning levels established by the Colectivo Urdimbre research group as a base.
