Abstract

Today, raw materials, production and shipment related to, the entry and exit processes of all warehouses, with production orders and inputs and outputs input quality, process quality and final output values, maintenance processes, monitoring workstation resource usage information and workstation scheduling through software programs application increases productivity and production capacity. In this way, in order to calculate the (real) cost of the product produced, the programs that calculate the cost and the software programs that follow the production instantly must work in an integrated manner. This process in order to follow correctly, the forms, processes, instructions, etc. belonging to the company with the Strategy and Quality Management System. It is aimed to follow the quality documents within the software program by using the workflow tool. In this way, within the company KPI’s (Key performance indicators) will be monitored and company culture will be transferred to the computer system. In addition, process fictionals will be made through the system and process performance indicators will be followed. The customer relationship management process will also be fiction on the software program.
