It highlights the importance of taking human needs into account at school and the importance of the teacher's personality in creating a quality classroom atmosphere and education. It concludes with the idea that a good school takes a holistic view of the child's personality and needs, and that teachers can provide for this. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
