Implementasi Manajemen Risiko dengan Pendekatan Risk Register Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Bidang Produksi dan Pemasaran di Moza Mom and Kids

Abstract

The implementation of risk management in a company is very important, so that control over existing activities can be monitored so that when there are things that allow risks to arise, they will be resolved quickly. Community Service (PKM) of the University of Logistics and International Business aims to implement risk management with a risk register approach in the production section, by considering Events, Causes, Risk Impacts, Risk Types, and Risk Categories. The Risk Level value is obtained based on Likelihood and Severity. The risk of business activities in the productio purpose of PKM is to determine the level ofn section run by partners. Based on the risk analysis in the production section, it was found that the high and extreme risk levels were activities related to the inventory system, so the risk mitigation carried out was to conduct training on risk management and inventory systems. The form of measurement of this PKM activity uses the Normality Test and Paired sample t-test. The results of the training activities identified an increase in understanding of 12 out of 12 students (100%) in in the "High" category, namely with a Percent N-Gain value of more than 37.6%.
