Abstract
Diversify plays a central role in the world of work both in the private and in the public, including in nonprofit organizations. Our work seeks to understand the effects of diversity on innovation and organizational performance in the case of SMEs. After conducting a survey of employees, and following an empirical approach, we present a model with the First results and plan to continue this research by continuing the analysis of the survey results.
