Abstract
The objective was to establish the relationship between motivation and the quality of professional life in the mining sector. It is a quasi-experimental investigation, because it is an empirical intervention study to estimate the causal impact of the implementation of ISO 45001 on the Professional Quality of Life of workers. For its purpose it is an applied research, for its scope it is temporary, it is a longitudinal prospective trend, 2018 to 2022 and for its depth it is an explanatory investigation. Temporal dimension: 2018 to 2022; District of Lurigancho, Province and Department of Lima the corporation WRT SAC Corporation in the Nexa Cajamarquilla Plant. With a population and the sample of 20 people.
