Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period in the human lifespan, bridging childhood with adulthood. Adolescence is the development that occurs from childhood to adulthood. Adolescent development is classified into three stages: early adolescence (11-14 years old), middle adolescence (15-17 years old), and late adolescence (18-21 years old). The developments that occur in adolescence are very diverse, such as language, cognitive, physical motor skills, and social emotions. This is often not understood by adolescents and leaves many confused. Many adolescents have a misconception about their identity, so many of them fall into promiscuity. Adolescents are at risk of experiencing promiscuity, promiscuity is a form of deviant behavior, where "free" means crossing the boundaries of existing religious norms, such as free sex, drugs, and acts of violence. This promiscuity can be triggered by increasingly sophisticated technology and cultural exchange. Promiscuity is one of the major challenges facing today's young generation. Thus, it is necessary to conduct outreach that provides an understanding of the urgency of developmental tasks for adolescents entering high school to maximize adolescent development. The seminar, titled "Socialization of Prevention and Impact of Free Association at SMKS MAHADIKA 1 JAKARTA," is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of the impact of free association and how adolescents can prevent it.
