Abstract
Electronic commerce (E-commerce) is one of the most innovative expansions of the technologies that enable small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) access to global communication and trade. It can help SMEs expand their businesses to global market and increase sales, reduce costs as well as profits. A questionnaire survey was conducted to study the impact of e-commerce on SMEs in Viet Nam. From the results of this survey, we strongly believed that e-commerce is the main key to bring a lot of benefits to not only SMEs but also big companies in Viet Nam.
