Abstract

The purpose is to analyse the Social Entrepreneurs’ Mode of Being Theory, based on the literature concerned with the theories that underpin the ‘social entrepreneurship’ and at research, where its contrast the entrepreneur’s practice and theory. The findings show the articulation of the theories of social entrepreneur coupled with the hermeneutical interpretation of the philosophical dimensions, configured the mode of being based on the analysis of existential situations. The philosophical foundations of Management and hermeneutic phenomenology, was integrated to configure the mode of being of the social entrepreneur, establishing hypothesis and principles that underpin a Theory of the Way of Being to development.
