A perspectiva dialética em Adorno e a controvérsia com Habermas

Abstract

A partir dos conceitos de indústria cultural e semiformação, procura-se apresentar a perspectiva dialética de Adorno ao decifrar as determinações objetivas do social, acompanhando o prisma marxiano de investigação da objetividade social das formas sociais da produção. Nesta dialética o universal - como sujeição social ou reificação - é imanente e presente objetivamente, o que não ocorre na construção intersubjetiva e não dialética de Habermas.On the basis of the concepts of culture industry and semiformation, this paper presents Adorno's dialectical perspective as it uncovers the objective determinations of the social realm, following the Marxist investigation of the social objectivity of the social forms of production. In this dialectic, the universal - as social submission or reification- is immanent and objectively present, which does not occur in Habermas' intersubjective and non-dialectical construction.
