Research on the Training mode of German Talents in Colleges and Universities Based on MOOC

Abstract

At the present stage, the German talent training in Colleges and universities is facing unprecedented barrenness, unable to perfectly meet the needs of enterprises, and it is difficult to meet the work division and characteristics of enterprises. Based on this, MOOC learning alleviates this phenomenon. MOOC learning has its own characteristics. It can solve the problem of German talents training in Colleges and universities in the learning process and has a unique learning mode. Therefore, this paper proposes a MOOC based German talent training model. Firstly, the teaching mode of characteristic German talents training based on MOOC is established. According to the analysis of learning data, the teaching objectives are adjusted, the appropriate teaching plan is formulated the students are urged to complete the learning tasks at any time. MOOC provides students with preview, online learning, discussion, testing projects and real-time feedback on students' learning status, which makes the German talent training mode more novel and effective.
