The tutorial method by the PKM UICM team was given offline through 4 stages; 1) debriefing, 2) productivity, 3) harvesting, and 4) marketing. The results of the skill activity for cultivating leaf ornamental plants were divided into 2 parts; 1) students’ interests in developing skills in leaf cultivation, and 2) the level of leaf cultivation of Aglaonema, Calathea, Peperomia, which given solid organic fertilizer from chicken waste. The result shows that interest can motivate the growth of talent, and the growth of leaf ornamental plants has a positive effect after being given solid organic fertilizer
