DEVELOPING LECTURERS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Lecturers are considered the subject and the decisive factor for the quality of education, training and scientific research, services and development of universities. University lecturers are "special production forces that create products that are human resources", and are the subject of orientation to create the sustainable development of society. Therefore, to perform well the task of developing university lecturers, it is necessary to synchronously and rationally develop in terms of quantity, quality and structure aspects so that teaching tasks in the universities are carried out most effectively in particular as well as the quality of education in Vietnam is improved in general.
