Abstract

In Brazil, the neoconservative political rise has sought to annihilate the victories of political and social minorities, introducing scenarios of prohibitions and proliferating moralizing discourses. Marked by this debate, the text aims to question, based on the theoretical-methodological perspective of Foucauldian studies, the discursive and non-discursive elements, elaborated and disseminated by the right-wing political organization Nova Resistência through its virtual social network, Facebook, and in the website. We understand that their strategies for strengthening a certain nature of masculinity obey a robust political incidence aligned, ideologically, with moral guidelines that gain even more importance when taken into account the political-pedagogical grammar mobilized by the moral panic of feminization of the male body and threat to cisheteropatriarchal family values.
