The present legislation in the European context referring to education emphasise the relevance of the basic competitions: reading, writing and mathematics; and five new qualifications: foreign technologies of the information, languages, scientific culture, enterprising spirit and social abilities. The formation of the attitudes and enterprising initiative must be distributed in all the educative levels and the research community in all the scopes. To combine the educative potential and the scientist with the enterprise qualifications by means of the development of enterprising competitions will make possible the advantage of the academic results and the profits of the scientific research to reach progresses in the advance, innovation and improvement of the present society. In order to reinforce the paper of training in the creation of a more enterprising culture in the European society it is necesary to have an integrated and coherent frame of services and educational performances, the support of educative institutions and the teaching staff in its training; the promotion of participation of social agents and companies and, finally, the stimulation of the enterprise competitions in education, specially in the university scenario.
