Abstract

A small pilot study is described in which an attempt was made to rate expressed emotion (EE) from an initial family interview. It was found that ratings could be made and that all but one of the families were high EE. Both empirical and clinical implications are discussed. Copyright © 1987, Wiley Blackwell.
