Abstract
Nephrology trainee recruitment is essential if we are to address the shortage of nephrologists in countries such as the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia. This Australian study determines barriers, following clinical exposure, to trainees' pursuing a career in nephrology. © 2009 International Society of Nephrology.
