Application of BIM technology in construction safety management

Abstract

With the development of society, the safety management in the construction process becomes particularly important. Building informatization also arises at the historic moment. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a very important management technology in the process of building informatization. It has excellent advantages in visualized information coordination etc. This paper mainly discussed how to use BIM technology to improve construction safety management level. It is focused on the prevention and control of falling from height accident by taking effective safety management measures with the application of BIM tools.
