Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply fuzzy logic to predict the amount of Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) production at PT. Web-based AAI. This study uses the Tsukamoto method to anticipate the instability of palm oil production based on the existing demand and supply. The results showed that with the implementation of the fuzzy logic, the Tsukamoto method can affect the rate of more stable production and reduce the production of which is not in accordance with the market demand. The conclusion of this study is to apply the result of the predicted number of production PKO (Palm Kernel Oil) at PT AAI, in order to know the budget supply and demand thereafter.
