Abstract
The authors reflect on the need for critical care providers and practices to meet the challenges like the global coronavirus pandemic and systemic racism head on. Topics include the claim by American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) president Elizabeth Bridges that nurses should give their all in resolving the challenges and the need by healthcare professionals to advocate for their patients and their families.
