Abstract

Courses for ideological and political education are the specific application of educational technology in teaching. Based on constructivist learning theory, it has highlighted learners' central position and emphasized teachers' guiding role to achieve the goal of completing courses by breaking down and accomplishing tasks. The selection of tasks should focus on practicality, feasibility, hierarchy, and creativity. The Basics of Computer course is highly practical, which is suitable for the application of ideological and political education. The paper is an experience and summary of the application of courses for ideological and political education to the Basics of Computer teaching.
