Hacia una Ética Ambiental con perspectiva de género: Una propuesta para las crisis de nuestro siglo

Abstract

One of the ways by wish phylosophical reflection enhances the current critical thinking is when it responds to the realities that are expressed through the social movements. The state of crisis, in which our society is envolved nowadays, demands the neccesity to increase the phylosofical activity. This task needs to be approached not only from the academic environment but also it must be indissolubly linked to the real social situation, this with the purpose to promote accurate ethical and political solutions. The different perspectives that conforms the Environmental Ethics lie at this level. However, the ideas generated could be biased if they do not take into account the gender issues that are associated with the environmental concerns. The ecofeminist phylosophical reflection explores this lack of knowledge and makes valuable contributions to these political theories and proposals.
