Abstract

This article is aiming to promote a learning programme known as Difficult Dialogue. The programme is used in universities and col across the world to forge interaction, dialogue transparency where people divided by rac, religion, gender or disabilities come togeth dialogue as a way of understanding each o. The programme can be used in pursuit of a multicultural church that can truly demo that the church is ONE and agrees with the biblical teaching about unity of the believe. There are three reasons expounded why l the multicultural church in South Africa se be a challenge. Firstly, people from the cu segregation are generally scared or reserv different cultures. The cultural gaps are to to close. Secondly, many who desire to lea multicultural churches continue to live mo ethnic lives; and finally, the difficulty is exacerbated by a misnomer of those who to lead multicultural churches confusing to people of colour present in the church bei multicultural church. The solution to this i pronged, as there are three practical sugg towards a multicultural church’s engagem through Difficult Dialogue. The first sugge calls for a change of a church space into a of learning; secondly, to utilise people’s st and finally, to strive for a church culture t reflects multiculturalism and diversity.
