Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the integration approach developed in the PLIB project (officially ISO 132584 "parts Library"). This approach is based on (1) an ontology model, (2) an ontology mapping model, and (3) an ontology-based database model (OBDB). © 2004 Springer Science + Business Media, Inc.
