Factores determinantes en organizaciones hoteleras para gestión de relaciones laborales y conflictos

Abstract

El objeto de estudio son los conflictos producidos en los hoteles y su impacto en la estructura e imagen proyectada frente al cliente, en especial se ahonda en el deterioro del trabajo de los equipos cuando no existe un afrontamiento del conflicto o se gestiona incorrectamente. El estudio pretende identificar aquellos elementos claves en la gestión del conflicto y las relaciones laborales identificando por un lado aquellos elementos que están correctamente gestionados, así como los elementos donde existen margen de mejora. Adicionalmente se trata de determinar cuáles son aquellas variables que permiten identificar comportamientos distintos en este ámbito.The objective of the study is the conflicts produced in the hotels and their impact on the structure and image projected in front of the client, especially the deterio- ration of the work of the teams when there is no confrontation of the conflict, or it is managed incorrectly. The study aims to identify those key elements in conflictmanagement and labour relations, identifying on the one hand those elements that are correctly managed, as well as the elements where there is room for improve- ment. Additionally, it tries to determine which are those variables that allow us to identify different behaviours in this area.
