Abstract

Completing earlier work on three-dimensional (3D) N = 1 supergravity with curvature-squared terms, we construct the general supergravity extension of 'cosmological' massive gravity theories. In particular, we show that all adS vacua of 'new massive gravity' (NMG) correspond to supersymmetric adS vacua of a 'super-NMG' theory that is perturbatively unitary whenever the corresponding NMG theory is perturbatively unitary. © 2011 IOP Publishing Ltd Printed in the UK & the USA.
