Abstract

Study design: A semi-experimental study (pre-test, post-test, and follow-up with the control group). Summary and background data: Hemophilia as an inherited bleeding creates fundamental changes in the quality of life of hemophiliac population. Patients with hemophilia need to improve the positive relationship with themselves and others by a positive thinking training and the avoidance of negative thoughts as a coping strategy against the problems of their life. Objectives of the study: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of positive thinking training on self-efficacy and emotion regulation in men with hemophilia.
