Abstract

Leaming activities are carried 0111 11si11g various media, such as the \VhatsAppapplication, Google Classroomand Zoom. This study8aims to determine effectiveteaming media in the era of the COVID-19 pandemicat SMPN20 Bengkulu city. The method used is a survey and interview method, with a sample of 15 Sth grade students and 1 science teacher. Data collection techniques used are direct interviews and filling out questionnaires via googleform.The results showed that the effective learning media was the whatsappapplication. Based on the results of interview surveys and questionnaires,many chose the whatsapp applicationbecause it was widely used in online teaching and learning activities,and the whatsapp application 11·as easyto access. because this applicationis widelyused in general. And the use of the WhatsApp application is considered to save more on data packages than other applications.
