Abstract
Employee performance is a critical element in a company. Employee performance is highly determined, one of which is knowledge management. Companies need to know the extent to which aspects of employee performance are achieved. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of knowledge management on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive approach and a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in the study was 35 employees. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge management variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
