Abstract

PT. Go-Jek Indonesia provides food delivery services in one of its services calledGo-Food. Through this feature, one can order food from the restaurant he wants without having to go to the restaurant while regarding the payment mechanism, the menu of food that has been ordered will be paid by the driver first and when the food arrives then customers pay in cash or through Go -Pay. Therefore, this study intends to find out the representative contract that occurs in the process of using this service. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through inductive mindset analysis. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews, while secondary data were obtained from library literature, print media, and electronics. In this study, one party was found to be the representative of another party to carry out a business or work Because a driver is a provider of services oriented to business or work, then in the context of him as a representative of the customer, of course the driver will ask for a number of wages (ujrah) for the work submitted to him.
