Abstract

Employee loyalty is crucial for organizations to accumulate talent and achieve sustainable development. Employee loyalty refers to the loyalty perception of employees towards the behavior and attitude of the organization through their influence on organizational systems, organizational culture, management models, etc. The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the impact of organizational support on employee loyalty, using organizational identity as a mediating mechanism.  This research collects data through a questionnaire survey and draws the following conclusions through empirical analysis: 1) Organizational identity has a significant positive impact on grassroots employee loyalty. 2) Organizational identity has a significant positive impact on organizational support, and organizational support has a significant positive impact on employee loyalty. 3) Organizational identity plays a mediating role between organizational support and employee loyalty.
