Abstract

Logistics has an important role in a company, because its function is to facilitate the efficient and effective implementation of tasks and operations. The Logistics Bureau functions as a supporter of work unit activities in carrying out police operations to achieve security and order, as well as providing good service to the community. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the service process for the removal of State Property, communication strategies in the service and communication feedback in the service for the removal of State Property through an online application at the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Logistics Bureau. Using communication accommodation theory, self-disclosure theory and hierarchy of needs theory. The results of the research were that the service process for the removal of State Property went well, where the implementation used a two-way communication model, communication strategies in the service using leadership strategies and service officer strategies as well as communication feedback in the service for the removal of State Property through an online application at the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Logistics Bureau. tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and always instilling the 5S culture, namely smile, greet, salute, be polite and courteous.
