Abstract

This research analyzed effect of performance intelligence, emotional, and spiritual simultaneously and partially on the performance of junior high school teacher in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach to data expressed in numbers and analyzed with statistical techniques. This research is an explanatory research, which aims to explain the position of the studied variables and explain causal relationships between independent variable and dependent variable through linear regression analysis, as well as research aimed at descriptive trying to describe and interpret the characteristics of the object of study in accordance with the analysis of categorical frequencies. Performance intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of junior high school teacher in Surabaya. Performance intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence is partial and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teacher in Surabaya. Emotional intelligence has a dominant influence on the performance of junior high school teacher in Surabaya. Spiritual intelligence weakest effect on teacher performance SMP Negeri Surabaya.
