The civil registry of people and the non-binary model

Abstract

This paper analyses whether there is a constitutional guarantee to recognize a third gender category in registry document in the legal system of states. For this, we question, throughout comparative law and methodology line of judiciary of Constitutional Court from Colombia, which would be parameters about registry change that warrant gender identity.
