Abstract

A series of trials was set up to investigate the acute and sub-acute oral toxicity of brodifacoum to the European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus). The acute, oral LD 50 was 0.20 mg kg −1). The 3- and 5-day sub-acute oral LD50s were 0.22 mg kg −1 (0.15–0.31 mg kg −1) and 0.16 mg kg −1 (0.12–0.21 mg kg −1) respectively. © 1981 Taylor … Francis Group, LLC.
