Abstract

Ageing is not a pathological p rocess on medical profession's responsability. It is a physiological process, an ineluctable process, liable for organism modification. The first involved responsability is every individual's own, who, taking epidepiology data of the present day into account, is already able to utilize the tracksofprimary prevention. These tracks have been improved for ages to prevent diseases, the prevalence of wich increase with ageing. But, beyond prevention of diseases, given information is able to lower as far as possible the physiological impairing of different organism's functions due to ageing. This possibility exists more particularly when improving all one's life long abilities reserves and adaptation.
