PROGRAM KEMITRAAN MASYARAKAT WORKSHOP ENTREPRENEURSHIP MENUJU KEMANDIRIAN SISWA PONDOK PESANTREN AL-HAYATUL ISLAMIYAH DAN AL AZHAR KELURAHAN KEDUNGKANDANG KECAMATAN KEDUNGKANDANG KOTA MALANG

Abstract

As a manifestation of the third tridharma activity, namely community service, the team carried out service activities at Pondok Al Hayatul Islamiyah and Al Azhar, both of which are educational institutions that carry out the mission of equipping students with religious knowledge, knowledge, and skills. Like a tit for tat, the community partnership program for this entrepreneurship workshop was very much supported by the two schools, where participants apart from students were also several teachers. Entrepreneurship workshop formation activities are carried out with the aim of providing skills and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students, so that if they have graduated and do not continue their education, they already have the skills and self-readiness for entrepreneurship. The activities carried out in this community partnership program are: 1) Counseling on the importance of education and skills 2) Training on Pudot Making (Pudding Sudot), 3) Training on making lopis vermicelli snacks 4) Training on making various vegetable chips, 5) Training on making various syrups, 6) Knitting craft training, 7) Jumput fabric craft training, 8) Rainbow fabric training, 9) Flower craft training from plastic bottles, 10) Patchwork craft training. To sustain this activity, the team also provided assistance with pineapple seeds to the two institutions so that the fruit could be used for making various syrups and fresh drinks and the leaves could be used for pineapple fiber yarn as the basic material for knitting crafts. In addition to training and providing seeds, the team also facilitated an entrepreneurship training room with several supporting equipment, including: 1) Refrigerator, 2) Sewing machine, 3) Gas stove, 4) blender, 5) Juicer, 6) Storefront, 7) Nameplate. , 8) Kitchen utensils, 9) various materials for craftsmanship. The results of the training students have been able to make various foods and beverages that are taught as well as make various skill products made from cloth and plastic bottles, there is also an entrepreneurship workshop room equipped with supporting equipment.
