Abstract
The article presents a study of the international regime conception based on neorealist, neoliberal institutionalist and constructivist theories of international relations. The objective is to reflect the theories of international relations in the existing international regimes, two regimes in particular, human rights and security are addressed. The refection begins from the conceptual questions of international regime. Then, there is the approach to international relations theories about regimes and settles a brief comparison between these theories. After that, demonstrates the role of theoretical approaches in human rights and security international regimes. Theories of international relations serve as guidance to reflect on the human rights and security regimes, treated in the article as two important areas of knowledge of international political processes.
