Abstract
The article explores modern approaches to innovative development of agrarian entrepreneurship. It is established that the creative and innovative function is the determining function of agrarian entrepreneurship, which provides for the implementation of new ideas, the implementation of scientific and technological developments and projects, introduction of new technologies, use of marketing techniques to conquer markets. It is substantiated that today the agrarian sector and the IT industry in Ukraine have considerable potential and have been identified eight key areas of IT innovation for agribusiness. It is proved that the further development of agrarian education should be directed by the vector of self-organization of higher education institutions to innovative type institutions, activities that will focus on the development of education and science as a defining resource of the new economy, built on knowledge. The article analyzed the prospects of improving the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine based on innovation of high technological structures. Their identification, assessment and diagnostics as a factor of competitiveness formation are carried out. The problems and causes of their insufficient and slow implementation in the vast majority of agricultural education in the country, except for agricultural holdings and agricultural corporations. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on innovations of high technological structures – the fourth and fifth as crucial for digitization, automation and other advanced world trends in the development of agricultural production. The most large scale types of them are determined, which will not allow the agricultural sector of the country to fall into the so-called trap of globalization. Among them, precision agriculture, UAV technology, mobile devices, robotics and the like. The economic effect of innovation is to reduce the staff of agronomists, reduced fuel costs for the bypass and cultivation of fields, reducing fertilizer costs. Having one or more satellite tracking centres at your disposal, you can optimize some of the costs for which previously the business was on the verge of profitability. The main thing is to optimize the quality and return of each resource: land, labour, machinery or fertilizer. Each operation should provide qualitative rather than quantitative changes. In the world practice of farming precision agriculture has long been carried out by agricultural enterprises, which in Ukraine is considered as an innovation. It can be adapted to all shapes and sizes of farms. Not only agricultural holdings, but also small and medium-sized enterprises with an area of up to 10.0 thousand hectares can get a significant effect from the use of certain elements of precision agriculture.
