Abstract

The Ajung Public Health Center has implemented the SIMPUS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas or Public Health Center Management Information System) since 2017 to serve outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department registrations. However, SIMPUS has never undergone an evaluation, leading to challenges in patient services. This research aimed to evaluate SIMPUS based on its performance, information accuracy, and security. The research employed a qualitative method, as well as observations and documentation. Data was analyzed using content analysis. The findings revealed that SIMPUS performance was insufficient, as it lacks essential features required by users. Additionally, SIMPUS produces inaccurate information and does not ensure adequate data security. Therefore, it is recommended that the health center develop SIMPUS by incorporating the necessary features and improving its security system.
