PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DAN REGISTRASI DATA WINISUDA BERBASIS WEB DAN MOBILE DI UNIVERSITAS PELITA HARAPAN

Abstract

As an Educational Institution, UPH sees the role of technology as an important supporting aspect in carrying out routine educational process activities. UPH needs an information system that can manage information efficiently and effectively in every department. Student Life is one of the departments at UPH that is responsible for every student activity that takes place at UPH. Student Life has three main divisions which are Student Services, Student Stewardship, and Spiritual Growth for Student. The Student Stewardship Division has its own focus section, one of which is being responsible and holding graduations at UPH. The graduation registration process is carried out by the committee using Microsoft Excel. The graduation committee needs to adjust the Microsoft Excel data provided by ADAK to get an idea of how much student data will be graduated. The system will be designed based on web for the admin side and mobile for the user side. The outcome of this research is a system designed to support the graduation process at Pelita Harapan University efficiently. This research was created with the aim to help the process of graduation registration and data management system for the Student Stewardship division to support the development of graduation activities at Pelita Harapan University.
