Abstract

The Colombian industry must face the new era of industrialization called “Industry 4.0”. This new paradigm involves the use of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), Analysis of information in the cloud (Big Data), Cybersecurity, Adaptive Manufacturing, Automation and Robotization of processes. Technologies that would substantially improve the country’s productivity, making it more efficient in the use of resources, improving security in production. Consequently, more reliable and profitable. This paper presents the development of an IoT device to measure temperature variables in poultry farms.
