Energy-Resolved SEU Cross Section From 10-meV to 800-MeV Neutrons by Time-of-Flight Measurement

Abstract

We performed continuous observations of single-event upset (SEU) cross sections for the energy range of 10 meV-1 MeV at the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC). As a result, we were able to clearly observe the effect on the cross Section of the 10B(n, α)7 Li reaction below 0.1 MeV.
