Stomiopeltopsis nolinae and its synanamorph Parvosympodium nolinae from leaves of nolina (Agavaceae)

Abstract

Stomiopeltopsis nolinae sp. nov. is described. Two synanamorphs are also described. Parvosympodium nolinae gen. et sp. nov. is a hyphomycete formed in nature and culture. A pycnothyrial synanamorph was found associated with the ascomata in some collections.
