Abstract

The study addresses the impact of digital transformation requirements on the quality of hotel services in the Gaza Strip, where data from seven hotels were analyzed. The results showed that the requirements for digital transformation were available at a high level of 74.1%, and the quality of hotel services was rated very high at 88.4%. The study also confirmed a significant statistical effect of digital transformation requirements on service quality. The study recommended developing the organizational structures of hotels and enhancing their role in local economic development, in addition to the importance of promoting a culture of digitization.
