Abstract

Alkynes substituted with electron-withdrawing groups participated in various intermolecular reactions with olefin substrates, including [4 + 2] annulation of propiolic acids, intermolecular metathesis-type reaction and carboalkoxylation involving allylethers. © 2014 IUPAC.
