Abstract

The author in this article not only addresses some of the misconceptions about justice and its relation with legislators and judges but also intends to: 1) contrast several ideas related to the realization of justice; 2) contest the idea that legislators and judges compete against each other and therefore are in conflict; and 3) consider some of the new developments in make-law in the pursuit of rationality in legislation and its relationship with adjudication.
