Abstract
Shot noise cross-correlations turning positive for electrons is a sign of spin singlet entanglement. We propose a setting where graphene with induced superconducting properties is employed to generate entangled electrons in spatially separated regions of graphene. The easy tunability of graphene in application of a gate voltage could make the detection of such entangled states possible. © 2008 IOP Publishing Ltd.
