Abstract

This article addresses the community work carried out by women from popular sectors, within the framework of the implementation of social policies. The case study is the network of women workers that supports the Más Vida Plan in the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina). The way in which, from the State, the work of these women has been thought and acted in connection with the neoliberal political rationales is questioned. Likewise, it investigates the perceptions constructed by the workers about the nature of their unpaid work. In recent years, there have been few changes in the aspects analyzed, although at the discursive level there are indications of a greater assessment of care by the State.
